"Old School Classically trained Chef" Cooked all over the US, and are starting to chill-out after 33yrs in kitchens. Bicycles! Love em! Been riding 55yrs now. I work at a (nonprofit) bicycle company 4 days a week. "Everything at our bike shop is donated". We average 20 bike donations a day! We refurbish the bike to sell, if possible? If not, we save the parts, recycle the tubes, and tires, and the metal frames. We have "DIY" "Do it yourself" classes, 3 days a week. Members can book up to 2hrs on a bike stand, and use our tools. We also teach classes 2-3 nights a week too. I see a lot of vintage bikes and parts, daily. I set a record in sales there ( Sold 200 bikes in 4 mo) I spend my nights in my bike shop, or on the computer learning Mtb (Vintage / history). This is where I learned about Chris Chance, and Fat City Cycles! 4 months later, I bought a 1987 Wicked Fat Chance. I repaired all of the rust myself, had my frame sand blasted, primed , powder coated, clear coat. I did the decals from SSS. Helped build my custom wheels, and are about to finish the brakes, and crank. This bike will always be in my "Personal Collection"! F#$%kin Fat City Cycles!
