Default '94 Buck Bars

My '94 Buck has a mundane Specialized XC bar fitted - would this have been standard fitment back then?

What would be the period bar of choice to retrofit??

I would put Answer hyperlite bars on it. Either silver, black or some nice ano color.

If you use bar ends you could also go with a one piece scott at-2 wrapped in bar tape. thats one of my personal favorites.

Hi MrKawasaki,

According to FirstFlight original bars were Zoom or ControlTech. Nevertheless many Bucks were sold frame only and specced to the owners preferences.

The control tech flat bars were nice. I have had a couple sets of them. They were only a little heavier than hyperlites and much cheaper.
