Default The Definitive Family Tree

OK - there have been several one-off emails about this, but I'd like to see a Family Tree thread on the board. I'd like to see which current and past bicycle companies have a Fat connection.

I'll start:

Witcomb USA > Chris Chance > Fat Chance > Merlin and Seven (Helfrich)> One-Off (Augspurger)> Independent Fabrication (A bunch)> ANT (Flanigan)...
