Default Bottom Bracket

Anyone else manage to squeeze a Mavic catridge BB into their Fat? Check around at the older bike shops for one - I got mine for $25 and they were laughing that someone would buy it - 6 yrs on and I've adjusted it twice.

For the press fit BB FATs I guess they're make a lot of sence. These mavics, are they the 1s that required some minor prepping of the BB shell via a slight countersinking? If so was it easy to do? Just for other FATs knowledge ;D

Default Mavic BB

Well... yes, technically - one was supposed to cut the bb shell using the special Mavic tool, but I never did. If it had a Nervex lug I might have considered it, but the Fat shell is so delicate I thought I'd better leave well enough alone.
