Then I need a metal one. The only one I have found to order is plastic. Does anyone have a source for a metal one?

Hello Tony, don't know if you've got a bolt for the pulley but I seem to remember that it's an imperial not a metric thread on my yo. Make sure you put plenty of copper ease on it so it doesn't seize in.
