I don't remember those brake mounts with spring locater holes on both sides of the mount but it was a while ago.
Measure the fork rake - if it's 1.75" then its from a Wicked if it's 2" then it's from a Regular Fat (or Kicker) good luck Scott |

Looks like 2" - guess it's a regular fat or kicker. 123mm steerer so probably a little kicker

I have the same fork on my kicker. 1987. Don't know if they have them on earlier models.
