Default 'Arrest Me Red' powder coat help

Does anyone have any experience with having the 'arrest me red' powder coat reproduced? Im having a custom fork made for my buck shaver and I haven't been able to describe the color using stock charts. Not to mention, there's no way to tell what the finished product looks like. Any advice?

Paint the fork and stem to match the decals. Nice contrasting color.
