Default what is this? not a fat - cooks bros?

Today I found an awesome german website with tons and tons of pics of old yo eddies and wickeds and monsters and more. It's here:
http://www3.mtb-news.de/fotos/showgallery.php/cat/511

When I came across this bike listed as a cooks bros I was shocked as I have never scene this before. Does anyone know the history on this bike?

Lots more Fatty pics here; two more of the cooks bros at bottom left: http://www3.mtb-news.de/fotos/showga...what/allfields

and as I said browse left and right there are fats everywhere
