Default Bolt Size questions.

Does anyone know the bolt size I would need to fill the hole left by the front derailleur cable pulley on a buckshaver? I will be running a single ring up front and wont be needing it.

Also does anyone know the size for the bolt on a ringle moby deuce?

I'm thinking the bolt on the wheel is more like m3 and very short...
