Default Newbe with a Fat TC, little help please

Registered today as a new member, so hello everyone. I'm a long time bicycle enthusiast and collector, but this is my first Fat Chance. I've wanted this bike for years and my friend finally sold it to me last week. I don't have any information on the bike aside from the end of the serial # is TC and it has some fancy stainless drops. Some expert info would be awesome! Thanks in advance, Travis in Seattle WA.

Unless there was more than one painted like that, that bike was featured on the cover of Bicycle Guide back in 89.

There must have been a few done up this way. I have seen a few painted this way. Not sure if they were team comps but the paint for sure.

if it's the bike on the mombat link, then it's wendyll's?

would this be a team comp with the GP Wilson drop outs?

I really really like it...

Thanks fellas... It's not Wendyll's, but it is essentially a carbon copy (from what I've read). I think her bike had the same bullseye group in white. Same Wilson drops, bit hers had the box-crown forks? I'm going off of what I have read, there must be an aficionado among you?

Wow, what a colossal PITA paintjob to do more than once. Yikes.

Really cool! I would't do a thing to it except repack everything. Amazing.
