Tombstone Wicked RIP

April fools day 1990 about noon I was riding my Wicked in the bike lane on PCH when I was struck from behind by a drunk driver. The driver was traveling so fast that I was thrown into the air while my bike got wedged into the trucks wheel well. The driver didn't stop. A Witness followed the driver to a nearby beach parking lot where he ditched his car and took off by foot. The Witness stayed with the parked truck that still had my bike wedged in the wheel well until police arrived. I was rushed to the Trama center with numerous injuries. I survived the ordeal but my bike didn't. A few weeks later I went to the police station to pick up my bike. They brought it out on a dolly. I shot this photo the moment they brought it out. Lucky to be alive, sad about my bike.

Default Oof.

So glad you are okay! It's horrible that the bike was absolutely destroyed.
