Post Yo Eddy restoration (UK)

Hi Guys,

I have an old Yo Eddy in my garage that i am looking to restore. It has rust damage to the frame on the back of the seat post.

Can anyone recommend a place in the UK that would take on this type of work? I read that the Factory has shut down now. Is there anywhere that still sells the decals, etc.

Also, is it possible to get hold of light weight forks in 1" (like the old Titanium crown Rockshox)? i have Pace forks fitted which are quite heavy.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Mike

I'm sure someone from across the pond will chime in eventually, but you might try posting a thread on retrobike.co.uk. They get a lot of traffic and would have good local info.

As for decals, Rody from Groovy Cycles in the USA, and Gil M (a retrobike user) have very nice repros. If you post a retrobike thread you'll certainly be direct to Gil.

Good luck on the resto!!
