Default Yo Eddy Front Derailleur Needed

The XT derailleur on my 1993 Yo Eddy has finally given up. I'd like to replace it with something period correct, like another XT. It is of course a down pull with FD- 735 stamped on it. From my research, it appears I need a 1 1/4 inch clamp? Or would I look for a 29.4mm ??? Any help with what to look for and where would be appreciated. Also, what should I expect to pay for one that was lightly used or in decent shape?

Thanks!

Kirk

In FD parlance, 31.8. They should be plentiful on the 'Bay. DX are cheap and easy, but XT or XTR shouldn't be too hard to find.
