Default Model year help

I am a bit confused on how to date my Yo Eddy Team. I've owned it since the early 90's and always thought it was a 1989 model due to the frame #: 891Y1M, but the First Flight registry points out that may not be the case. Any help would be appreciated, as I am getting ready to restore the bike and would like to know if the frame is suspension corrected or not.

Default 1991

891 = the 891th Yo of the year
Y = Yo
1 = 1991
M = medium size

Default Rigid

Jepp, so you should search for a rigid fork. It will handle better and look- oh so many times- better than any boinger (thanks to DC), anyway!!

Good luck!

Default re: Rigid

That's the plan. I'm looking to find out the proper crown to axle length for my frame now.
