Default Betty Fork Possibilities?

I've been looking for a 12" or 14" Yo Betty! for a few years, and found one that may or may not be fs that needs a new fork. The guy who's doing the rebuild (it needs some help) for the owner says he can't locate an RST XMO air shock that internals. Any fork suggestions? Also, how much would a new entry level hardtail (not for racing) cost?

Thanks much!

I built a Yo Betty for my wife. It came originally with a Judy. I put in a Judy XC and it works great!
