Default 93 YO help!!!!!!!!!!

I do not have the original seat collar for my frame and cannot find one anywhere. this is all I need to complete this bike. Does anyone have one, or know of another seat collar that will work without removing the tab off of the seat tube? i do NOT want to do that

thanks so much

Most collars will work with the tab. Salsa Flip-locks work great if you want to be able to adjust the seatpost, and they were around during the period.
