Hey guys...
It took me more than 1 1/2 years coming so far. This is my childhood dream! Bought this 1 1/2 year ago. Horrible outer condition! My biggest issue - decals & paint-job! Thanks a bomb Rody for the decals!!! But where the hell finding somebody who could do my fav paint-job - Chameleon Metallica!?! But the key to happiness has been so close. My dad owns a varnish company and his best application engineer has huge skills reprising nonstandard paint-jobs. And after seeing the result and some discussions with my dad we're thinking of reprising as much Fat Colors as possible - better said the diverse base, clear and metallic coats! So far Team Violet already done. ![]() ![]() Today, the decals are going to be sticked on the frame! Cross your fingers! ![]() You can find more pics here! cheers Chris |

Chris, nice job! my 93 catalog lists 4 colors, Leslie's Purple, Black, Metallic Teal, and Kandy Wild Cherry. I'm sure there were others but that's all were listed. As far as the paint goes my understanding is that they were base coat/clear coat colors and they came from "House of Kolor", this was from the guys at the factory when I got a jar of touch up for my 91 Yo.
have fun, Karl
