Default Ti Fat

I recently aquired a Ti Fat serial # tf m 032. It was built in Saratoga and has a 1 inch headtube. Would anyone know what year this might be? Also would this frame be built for a 63 or 80mm suspension fork? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Should be a 1995 or 1996 frame. As far as the travel goes I'd have to say 63mm, but I'm pretty sure 80 won't do a whole lot to the geometry.
