I picked up a Yeti frame today and am trying to figure out what year it is. I can't find a serial # on the frame.

Here's a link to pics: http://gallery.mtbr.com/showgallery.php?cat=974
Any idea what she's worth? The headtube decal shows the Yeti riding straight at you. The fork is rusted out with a couple holes in it. The frame has rust inside the BB and HT shells. You can also hear some debris rattling in the downtube when you tilt the frame side to side. The seat tube has a 1/2" horizontal crack at the bottom of the slit in the back. Overall, the original paint is in very good condition. There are NO bubbles or ripples in the frame paint. There are a few minor paint nicks and some paint missing on the driveside chainstay near the yoke. The decals are in good to very good condition and are all intact. The matching stem is in very good condition. The headset and BB bearings still spun freely. |
