tried to get that one the first time it was for sale. <p> pretty sure it went for around $1300. i like the idea. buy the bike. sit on it for a couple months. relist on ebay and try and make quick $500. Fat Chance bikes are the new Day Trading

Ooh ...$710 would not have been much.

Maybe it is 95/96, but frame looks somewhat earlier. It has the older type dropouts for example. Doubt whether it is a NY made one.
