What size seatpost for a '86 Kicker?

I'm measuring the original at 1.033 or .034". Would it be a 26.2MM? I need to find one with a little more setback. Any ideas?

I always thought those were 26.2 or 26.4

but it could be smaller - anyone?

I know the real early fats were BMX sized 25.4

I know that American Classic has an offset version that is period correct (i have one that i am using)

other wise a new TCO or SR Laprade is offset i believe...

I think if it is odd ball 26.2 you may have to go smaller 25.4 and shim up.

There were a couple of wild designs that featured a quick release under the seat so that you can set your own custom set back. Campy was one SR was the other, good luck finding them!

Found it! Stupid me, I just pulled it out of the frame and found the markings. It's a 26.2mm. Now I need to find one with more setback.....
