"Tears of a Crown" fork?

I was looking through some old FCC catalogs and magazine writeups on Retrobike and came across something I hadn't heard of before: the upcoming "Tears of a Crown" fork model with
ovalized tubing at the crown. Does anybody know anything about this fork and if they were ever actually made?

Here's a link to the page on Retrobike:

The mention of the fork is in the caption for the image.

The ovalized Yo fork never happened. Maybe it was discussed with some of the media folks in Europe but we never even built a prototype to my knowledge. I snickered when I saw the blurb about the replacement brake posts saving a potential "brazing" job. Our fatigue tester showed us that the tear-drop gussets were needed on the back of the fork legs but ovalizing was not brought up as far as I know.
