Cook Bros RSR cranks on a 93 yo!

Do not take the following as a guarantee, but a starting point:
I think I used a 113mm, but it has been 15 years and they only lasted 2 months. The only cranks I ever broke, and I weighed about 130lbs then! They are also the coolest looking cranks ever to exist!
I remember they used shorter BB's than other cranks of the day, that was part of their big deal when the RSR's came out.

I recently had an NOS set of these on my Ted, which pretty much is a Yo replica, and I used a Phil Wood 123mm bottom bracket. Perfect. Also, back in 1996, when I installed some RSRs on my Rhygin, I used a TNT 125mm, though always thought it was a tad too big.
