Here's a review of the Fat Chance Team Comp from the October 1990 issue if MBUK (the first ever mtb mag I bought)

Hopefully this hasn't been posted elsewhere (couldn't see it if it had). If anyone wishes there are more pictures and some incidental text I could also scan in.

No, it is new on the web. Awesome! (although I face some difficulties in reading it)

Of course I would like to see it all. :)

BTW you could also use the new 'Attachment' option. This won't hurt the layout.

Here's another scan I've not seen elsewhere. It's an ad from the May 1992 edition of MBA. Again resived for use as a 1024x768 desktop :)

I'll rescan the above MBUK article and scan the 1992 Fat catlogue when I get round to it. It's sunny in England for once so I should be making the most of it :)

..and another advert. This one from the 1990 MBUK 'Christmas Annual'. If I find any more ads I'll start a new topic for advert scans.

Here's a complete and rescanned version of the article from the October 1990 edition of MBUK. This article includes a review of a Fat Chance Team Comp (and a Pace RC-100S). The majority of the article is concerned with the trip to Norway for the review but is pretty intersting and has some nice pictures.
This is my first go at pdf conversion, any problems give me a shout.

The pdf is too big to attach to this thread (3.6 MB - limit is 2MB) so I've hosted it here.

Nice!! The Pace too. I recently bought myself a pair of that very Cool Oakley Frogskin glasses the guy is wearing BTW.

The .pdf file works fine.

Can't remember if i posted this test before from Bicycle Guide:

You had, but already a long time ago. It is a great read in particular as is it focusses so strongly on the roadbike and the Tig welding issue. It's clear nowadays roadcyclists are much less conservative.
