Default Manitou 3 Manual?

Does anyone have a copy of the service Manual for a Manitou 3 fork or know where I might be able to get some info to service the fork on my own? Thanks - Z

watch out for spring kits. they even work a lot better than the elastos.

search for "eibach speed spring" or "white-bros".
