interested

Andy,
Hello, what a beautiful bike. What size person fits a 16.5" inch frame? I am interested in this bike for my son. He is currently 5 feet tall. How much would it cost to hip to California?
thank you,
John

I thought so... I'll measure up my Kicker. It's small too, but very comfy. Which i like for not so though rides. ;) I'll come back, anyhow.
